However, Nora's reply instantly made Sasha rejoice internally.

Someone who didn't even care about Lord Kane? Sasha briefly glanced at Felix and wanted to laugh out loud.

After eating for about half an hour, Felix started feeling antsy. He could sense that Warren had changed. Of course, this wasn't his fault. He just wanted to protect his family from harm.

"Uncle Warren, I'm seeing another friend after this. I'll take my leave now."

Warren sighed inwardly. He knew that his relationship with Felix would be thoroughly over once they were done with dinner.

"Okay, go then. Don't act rashly anymore next time," Warren advised.

However, Sasha didn't want Felix to leave just yet. She was still waiting for the upcoming drama to unfold! How could she just let Felix leave like this? She could still feel the slap on her face whenever she thought about it. Now was the perfect time for her to get her revenge. She wasn't going to let it slip by!

"Felix, we haven't even had any to drink yet. How could you leave like that? Let's just drink a little. Think of it as my apology to you for being so wild and reckless last time," Sasha said.

Warren felt comforted when he saw his daughter acting so understanding like this. Finally, she had grown up.

Felix couldn't refuse, so he raised his wine glass and clinked his glass with hers.

He had just finished his wine when the door to their private dining room was kicked open with a loud bang. A dozen men then filled up the entire room. Unsurprisingly, the person leading everyone was the young man from the hotel the other day. "You bastard, I wasted so much of my time looking everywhere for you! Did you really think you could hide from me?" Sam shouted.

Warren got up, his expression looking as black as thunder. He didn't think Felix would have offended someone else so quickly, right after he had just told him to tone it down earlier.

"What do you want? Felix is related to Lord Kane, so apologize at once!" Sasha exclaimed.

Sasha sounded as if she was standing up for Felix. However, she was just confirming what Nora had told her. She wanted to know if this boyfriend of Nora's really wasn't afraid of people like Lord Kane.

As expected, Sam laughed.

"Haha! No wonder you were acting so recklessly the last time! It was because you were related to Lord Kane. So what?

"Listen up, you fucker. My name is Sam, Sam Clarkson, from the Clarkson family, one of the top billionaire families in Aveburgh! Ask your beloved Lord Kane whether he dares to meddle in any of our businesses!"

The Clarksons? Sasha was simply overjoyed. Although she hadn't been able to contact Ted for a few days, she still couldn't forget what had happened at the fondue restaurant the other day.

Now, Felix was in trouble with the Clarksons. He wasn't going to be able to escape unscathed this time!

"Uncle Warren, you both should leave now," Felix advised.

Felix could tell from the look in Warren's eyes what he was thinking. Luckily, Felix had already told them that their relationship would be over after tonight, so they wouldn't be dragged into messes like these anymore in the future. "Watch your back!"

Warren left with Sasha after yelling that at Felix. Meanwhile, Sam'didn't stop them and just let them go. It was obvious that his only target was Felix.

"Alright, so get on your knees now and grovel. You should be thankful that I didn't cau any trouble for your elders," Sam jeered.
