hate you." I muttered and took my gaze away from him. Clutching my fingers so tight, I ran out of the training room and headed straight for another room where I knew Dexter would not be able to come in. I lay on the bed and began to cry my eyes out.

Why the hell was I always so unlucky when it came to love? It never goes my way all the time, and none of my mates ever seem to love me back.

SCARLETT:

I was so mad

"How dare you try to serve that bitch!* I yelled, landing a slap on Angela’s face as my eyes turned red with rage.

"I’m sorry, I was only trying to find out something."

She muttered back and I arched my brows letting a deep breath as I stared at her,

I walked over to my bed and sat down,

"What is it?"

"First of all, I would like to ask, does the Alpha know that he isn’t the one responsible for your father’s death but you?" I widened my eyes as I stared at her and rose to my feet. What the hell was wrong with Angela?

In a hurry, I rushed towards the door and opened it so I could peep outside. I let out a loud sigh of relief realizing that no one was around the entrance of my room so no one must have heard her,

"What the hell are you doing? Do you have a death wish?" I half yelled and she lowered her gaze at me,

"I would carry the secret to my grave, Scarlett, trust me, but there’s something else you have to know?" She uttered,

I had almost been suspicious of her. I sat down back on the bed and continued to stare at her. Angela was the only one who knew what happened in the past because she was there. I had always lived in fear, knowing that she might be out there, but I knew the last thing she would do was let my secret out because I knew one of her secrets, a secret that would certainly cost her life if revealed. She was the only one I could trust,

"What is it?" I answered,

"The Luna is carrying a child inside of her, Scarlett. I felt the energy of the baby inside her when I touched her wrist earlier." She uttered and even as my eyes widened in shock, my heart skipped multiple beats all at once,

"W....what?" I murmured in a shaky voice.
