"You wretched commoner! How dare you disrespect me! Do you have any idea who you're up against?" Heather stepped forward, her eyes brimming with murderous intent.

Sebastian felt exasperated. "Ms. Knott, I'm just telling the truth. It really is necessary for the treatment. If you don't believe me, there's nothing I can do, but I can guarantee that if you don't get treated soon, the energy within you could go out of control at any moment. Once you lose control, your internal energy pathways will rupture, leading to your death."

"You..."

Heather was just about to explode in anger when suddenly, the energy within her began to boil. Her veins bulged, looking as if they would burst at any moment. It was an incredibly frightening sight.

"Ahhh!" Heather screamed in agony and collapsed to the ground, writhing in pain.

"Ms. Knott, what's wrong?" Oliver and the others were terrified. They were completely at a loss.

Not far away, Irvin hurried over.

Heather was the city lord's daughter. If something happened to her on the Netherworld Sect's territory, it would cause a lot of trouble. But even Irvin was powerless to help.

Meanwhile, Sebastian stood by, watching quietly. He showed no intention of intervening.

He had offered to help her, but she not only rejected his kindness, she even wanted to kill him. It was utterly unreasonable.

He wasn't some saint, so he certainly wasn't about to repay her hostility with kindness.

Wracked with unbearable pain, Heather rolled over to Sebastian and grabbed his leg. "It hurts so badly. Please, help me."

Sebastian remained unmoved. "I already told you the solution, but you didn't believe me. What else can I do?" "I believe you now! Please, treat me. I can't take it anymore." Heather was on the verge of fainting from the pain. Sebastian still didn't move.

Irvin grew desperate and urged, "If you can help her, you should do it now! She's the city lord's daughter. Saving her would be a great service."

"Help me, I beg you," Heather pleaded while still clinging to Sebastian's leg, her face full of desperation.

"Alright then. I'm going to need a room," Sebastian said.

"No problem. Carry Ms. Knott and follow me!" Irvin called over a female apprentice to carry Heather, then led Sebastian into the valley.

Entering the valley essentially meant entering the Netherworld Sect, but it was only the outer section. The inner sect lay deeper within the valley, where tall buildings, pavilions, and towers stood majestically, marking the core of the Netherworld Sect.

Irvin led Sebastian to a secluded chamber. "This is my private training room. You can treat her here without any interruptions."

"Alright, everyone out," Sebastian said, ushering everyone out and closing the door behind them. He then reached out and pressed down on Heather, who was still writhing in pain on the floor.

Next, he placed his hand on Heather's chest, and he could feel the astonishing elasticity beneath his palm.

Under normal circumstances, Heather would have erupted in anger, but in her current state of agony, she couldn't care less. Even if Sebastian had grabbed her forcefully, she wouldn't have reacted.

Sebastian's actions weren't driven by any ulterior motive. After placing his hand on her chest, he channeled a

small amount of spiritual energy into her body.

A flash of surprise crossed Heather's eyes. She hadn't expected Sebastian to possess true energy, which was a sign of a trained warrior.

Moreover, she could sense that his energy was peculiar. It was of high quality, and deep, even stronger than hers. What Heather didn't realize was that Sebastian had only infused a tiny bit of his spiritual energy. He feared that too much would burst her internal energy pathways.

With the infusion of spiritual energy, Sebastian quickly suppressed the rampaging energy within her.

As the pain subsided, Heather exhaled deeply in relief.

Sebastian withdrew his hand. "I've suppressed the energy that was out of control, but this is only a temporary fix. The root of the problem lies in your flawed cultivation practice, which has caused hidden injuries and blockages in some of your internal energy pathways.

"To address this, you'll need a full-body massage to relax and open up your pathways."

"Do I really have to undress?" Heather asked.

"Yes," Sebastian confirmed.
