Chapter 558: Can't handle a little girl
Then, as Solomon grew older and less fond of cakes, the place was used by Hector as a place to make desserts.
I never thought it would come in handy today.
Seeing the few people still frozen in place, Hector said lightly, "Dinner."
It took several people to react and go together in the restaurant.
Compared to their consternation, Hector didn't feel much of it.
With that said, Solomon followed Hector's bumbling ass to the restaurant.
When they reached the table, Hector placed the little girl in the child seat.
But the little girl insisted on sitting next to Solomon and Hector, so Hector had no choice but to move her seat over and Solomon settled down next to the little girl.
For dinner Hector had the kitchen prepare a full range of food that was more digestible for children.
The maid came over with the mixed rice and tried to feed the little girl.
But when the little girl saw that the person feeding her was not Hector, she howled on the spot.
This weeping was a source of sadness for everyone present.
Solomon hurriedly got out of his seat and said soothingly, "Don't cry sister, tell your brother what's wrong with you. What do you want?"
The little girl looked up and saw that the person speaking was Solomon before she stopped crying and choked out, "Want ... want daddy ... feed ... daddy ..."
Hector smiled and laughed a little, this little girl was really stuck on him.
In the end, she had to hold the little girl on her lap and feed her carefully.
But the little girl is a picky eater, one minute she wants this, the next she wants that.
When the time came to put her favourite food in the bowl, she didn't eat it again.
After just a few bites, he yelled that he was full.
In fact, just now, the little girl had already eaten a lot of cake and the cream was very greasy, so naturally she wouldn't eat much of it. Tossed about, Hector had to let the little girl have her way, lest he make her cry again later.
It was a dinner where Hector learned that motherhood is not easy.
I couldn't help but think of Rupert's earlier comment that he smelled like a stranger and that children would cry at the sight of him.
Today, he is not at all close to the stranger, and the way the little girl is clinging to him proves that he is still very attractive to children.
The housekeeper at the side also looked surprised and said, "Sir, you are really something, usually children will look for their mothers when they get lost. I didn't expect that this little baby would not look for its mother, but even be so close to you." It was an eye-opener today.
Hector was also surprised by this, and Solomon said as he picked up his food, "It's not because Daddy is handsome, women, no matter how old they are, like handsome boys."
Solomon had just finished speaking when he was slapped on the head by Hector.
And then said sternly, "In the future, if you don't learn from your little uncle again, I'll send you to a public school."
Solomon ate the pain and dared not say anything else.
He doesn't want to go to a public school, it's not a school, it's a cage, it's not a place for people.
The little girl giggled with a small grin when she saw Solomon being beaten.
Looking at the little girl's smiling face, Hector was lost in thought for a moment.
The little girl has a smile like her.
Especially when she smiles, her eyebrows are arched and she is very inviting.
"Daddy... bad bad..."
The little girl's voice pulled Hector's thoughts back and Hector shook his head to remove the feeling.
Solomon also straightened up at this point and said with a straight face, "That's right, Daddy, look what my sister said, you can't be mean to me in the future." With that, Hector slapped Solomon on the head again and said in a slightly chastising tone, "Eat your meal, don't you know that you don't eat without talking?" Seeing this Solomon grimaced and had to eat dutifully.
After dinner, Solomon took the little girl to the toy room, where there was occasional laughter.
The corners of Hector's mouth turned up slightly when he heard it.
It looks like Solomon really wants a sister.
Thinking about it, Hector's mind couldn't help but carve out Eloise's likeness.
She's gentle, she's lovely...
If she were still alive. The child between the two of them would have been this old.
After the emotion, Hector returned his attention to the computer in front of him.
The screen showed Agnes' last landing spot, and his eyes turned steeply cold.
It was this woman who had separated him from his wife and daughter, and no matter what, he was going to catch her with his own hands!
After tapping a paragraph on the keyboard, Hector closes the computer.
Go to the wine cabinet and get a bottle of red wine while walking to the window.
Looking out of the window at the night scene, Hector couldn't help but feel sad.
It is said that wine is a cure for pain, but in Hector's case it has become a cure for sorrow.
After a few glasses of red wine, Hector felt a little dizzy throughout.
Looking at the time, it was time for a break.
I don't know if the little girl is sleeping now.
After putting down his glass, Hector quietly walked over to the toy room to check the condition of the inside.
As soon as she showed up, the little girl caught a glimpse of Hector and stumbled over to him, reaching for a hug.
Hector picked her up off the floor and the little girl began to cry.
Hector was worried when he cried out for his mother.
They still don't know who her mother is, so where are they going to find her?
On one side, Solomon was also in a hurry and was spinning around on the floor, not knowing what to do.
Despite Hector's best efforts, the little girl didn't appreciate any of it and cried even more.
Faced with a crying little girl, Hector felt frustrated for the first time.
Even if he was good at the mall, what was the use of it, he still couldn't handle a little girl by now.
In the end it was Solomon who brought out his treasured robot toys and left them to be dismantled by the little girl.
It was only when the robot drew her attention that the little girl stopped crying and fell asleep as she unwrapped it.
After putting the little girl away, father and son gingerly walked out of the room.
The two leaned against the railing, very silently, without speaking.
Solomon surprised Hector a little today.
In the past, Solomon would never have let anyone else touch these things.
I didn't expect to be able to spare anyone to dismantle it this time.
Feeling Hector's gaze, Solomon said with his hands pinned to his chin, "Daddy, I don't actually know why, she gives me a very friendly feeling.
It's only the first time I've met her, but she doesn't give me a different feeling from when I met Mummy before. At first glance I seemed to like her, and today Daddy too, I think, couldn't say no to her at all." Hector didn't answer, thinking that this whole thing was amazing and that this little girl gave him a very different feeling.
