Curse For Alpha: Betrayed Luna

Chapter 11.

"You eat first," Audrey said as she was at the door to her son's room. "I'll wake Alfan up, you don't need to get too close to him."

Aldrick had a sad look on his face but Audrey had already walked in. She was too lazy to deal with the man who had become her ex-husband. Although there was no divorce between them, to Audrey Aldrick was an ex-husband. "What are you cooking?"

"Look in the kitchen, I'm cooking meat."

Aldrick looked at Audrey for a moment.

"My son doesn't want to eat food that is too vegetarian, he has the blood of a pure Werewolf. It's very difficult for him to adapt to the food that earthlings normally eat."

Aldrick was silent, but then he walked away if one was hungry to see the food that Audrey had cooked. He was hungry even though he wasn't sure if he would eat the food. His son not being able to eat vegetarian food made him feel like he had a chance to bring Audrey and Alfan back to the clan.

"He is indeed my son who can serve as an intermediary, only with him will I be able to sweep with his mother again." Aldrick smiled with a feeling that felt better.

There was hope for him to be able to return with the woman who was none other than Audrey. In this matter he had indeed hurt her but they did have a soul mate line as an eternal couple that could never be separated. No matter what, he would definitely come back with Audrey, because their destiny would always be together forever.

"You're going to school today so get up and get ready."

Aldrick could hear that voice that he knew was Audrey's. The woman was waking up their child to shower and go to school, truly preparing to do the activities to become a normal human being.

Aldrick didn't really agree, he wanted his son to stay in his clan well and become the successor but since he had already hurt Audrey's heart so he couldn't expect anything for now.

He could only do a few things to make Audrey his wife again. Bring them back to the clan and put things back the way they were. Right now he couldn't stop because he really wanted to bring back all the things he had destroyed.

"I'm sure I can, I can't stop even if she rejects me right now."

"Om? Is Om here?"

Aldrick looked up at the little boy who had just asked. Alfan seemed to be looking at him with a serious face and that made him smile softly and nod.

"I'm meeting your mom for some business, do you want to eat? It's your first day at school?"

Alfan nodded and sat on one of the chairs. He looked at the man's face with a serious face.

"What are you doing here so often? Mommy never had a boy friend before," Alfan said, making Aldrick smile softly.

"What's the problem, hmm? Your mother and I have business, the important thing is that I don't do anything to harm you. Am I not allowed to meet your mother?" replied Aldrick making Alfan stare at him expressionlessly.

His son was indeed his descendant, his blood was literally running through Alfan's body so he knew that his demeanor was almost identical. Moreover, Alfan didn't want Audrey to be approached by many people so he behaved like this. "You can see my mom but not too often. I don't want her to have any trouble," he said, making Aldrick raise his eyebrows. "My mom has been struggling these past few months, she's been looking for jobs here and there and has to work hard. You can't come and ruin our lives. I won't let that happen."

"I have no intention of ruining your mom's life or even yours. I am your mother's friend and I have good intentions. I have absolutely no desire to ruin your lives. Don't think badly of me right away," he said making Alfan stare at the man's face with a flat stare.

He didn't like this man but somehow he couldn't say harsh words either. His mother had told him not to speak harshly to anyone, including his elders, because in this world there were manners that had to be practiced.

Not long after that Audrey came in with a white dress clinging to her body. She pulled up a chair, staring at Aldrick who was watching her face. Audrey looked at Alfan's face, which seemed to be staring at the father she didn't know, until she sighed.

"Eat up, Aldrick. After that you can go back to your house, we'll also go to school."

Aldrick moved his head, it was too stupid of him to say that Audrey was this beautiful when he had spent quite a bit of time trying to win her heart. Audrey was already beautiful, but because he was still dark-eyed and liked other women, he couldn't see this woman's specialty.

Even though if you look again Emily is nothing compared to Audrey, this woman has abilities such as being able to care for the sick and treat them, has a fairly strong and rare strength among them and several more things. However, all of that was covered by the false love Emely gave her.

If only he hadn't cared about her in the past, surely now he and Audrey would still be together and would never be separated forever like this. Now he was at a loss as to how to win her heart, as Audrey seemed unwilling and unwilling to get back together with him.

"When are you going to play at my house?"

Audrey looked at him, knowing that this man's words meant something else. Aldrick deliberately used the word play when in fact he was asking Audrey and Alfam to go back to their real home. Something that made Audrey sigh and shake her head lightly.

"Better hurry up and eat your food, I don't want to talk about anything else at breakfast or Alfan will be late for school."

Aldrick knew that he would have a hard time getting this woman to submit a second time. However, he was quite happy that Audrey hadn't blatantly kicked him out. She was still willing to have a relationship with him even though they weren't that close. From the beginning it was not so close because he already had another woman first, currently with the same conditions even though there is already one child between them the situation and atmosphere is still the same as when Aldrick used to ignore Audrey.

"Mommy... Yesterday when we picked up the uniform, my teacher said for the first time mommy can drop me off every morning but tomorrow and the day after tomorrow the school bus will pick me up. So today Mommy will drop me off, tomorrow I will go by myself because the school bus will pick me up in front of the house."

Audrey smiled at that. "Mommy knows, Honey. That's why today Mommy woke up early to see you off to school. Remember, when you make friends and there is a problem, don't hit your friends. You are a good and wise child so Mommy doesn't want you to hit other people, hmm?"

Alfan smiled and nodded.

"What's wrong? If the boy is wrong, you can hit him." Aldrick chimed in making Audrey look at him sharply.

"Don't confuse my world with yours, in this place you can't just hit someone or you'll get involved with the law."

Aldrick grimaced then looked at Alfan who was already staring at him flatly.

"I told you how to make trouble in our lives."

Audrey was quite surprised to hear her son talking to Aldrick like that. Moreover, Alfan's eyes looked like an emotional person.

"Giving advice so that you're not so afraid to face people who intend to hurt you. Don't worry, there won't be any problem if you hit him. If he's really wrong, there's no way he would do that without any preparation," he replied but Audrey was already looking at him flatly.

"Aldrick, listen... I want to live peacefully here and not look for trouble with anyone. I hope you don't have a bad effect on our lives. Don't let my son do what you say or we'll be in constant danger. There are many children of the rich and influential here that we can't just fight. We have to maintain our demeanor so that we don't have to face anything in this world. I beg you, stop saying words that will affect my son's life."

Aldrick decided to be silent, Audrey said with a serious face to him of course he was afraid if he had to say anything else.

"Eat, sweetheart, Mommy will bring you up soon."

Alfan nodded. "Yes, Mommy. Mommy's friend will send you home later, okay?"

Audrey nodded. "You eat first, then we'll go out together."

Aldrick sighed softly. He ate his food obediently and looked at Audrey who looked so ready to become a mother. The wasted woman didn't seem to need him at all. Audrey had the ability to survive here, to be an ordinary person even though she was basically a wolf queen.

Aldrick knew it was hard for her to start, but now Audrey didn't even need anything to do with him anymore. This woman was already capable of doing everything on her own without the help of a man.

Aldrick just had to wait until when things changed. If he came and paid attention more often, Audrey would definitely change and be moved to accept him. Right now they must still be unwilling to accept it because of past wounds but now is not the time or the time to continue lamenting the same thing because they should move forward without thinking about different things.

"I'm taking Alfan to school so you should go back to your house. If there's no special need, you shouldn't come because you must have a pretty busy schedule yourself. I just don't want to take up your time and trouble you constantly. Go home, focus on the clan and your own well-being."
