Chapter 120
Chapter 120
Under the dim lighting. Sienna’s face turned pale. She instinctively glanced at Derek, then at Charles,
Neither of them said a word. Instead, they exchanged a look, silently urging her to endure it.
Remembering Derek’s earlier reminder, Sienna took a deep breath. She lifted her hand and placed it in Enio’s palm.
Enio beamed with satisfaction. Laughing heartily, he grabbed her hand and gave a sharp tug, pulling her to his side.
His arm, which had initially held her lightly, slid around her was. Sierma tensed up instantly,
Her hands clenched into fists, her nails digging deep into her palms,
“How old are you? What’s your major?” he asked.
“Twenty–four. I majored in modem dance,” Sienna answered mechanically, her voice sounding distant to her own ears.
“A dancer, huh? No wonder you’ve got such a great figure” Enio picked up his wine glass and held it out to her. “First time meeting let’s have a drink”
“Okay…” Sienna accepted the glass, her heart pounding furiously. “Enio, aren’t you going to drink as well
“You first.” Enio waved her off with a sly grin. “You drink first, then I’ll drink whatever’s left. Makes it feel more intimate, doesn’t it?”
His comment earned a round of laughter from the men around them.
Holding the glass, Sienna trembled faintly.
“Drink up.” Enio urged, his voice carrying a mix of impatience and amusement. “Relax. I’m known for being gentle with women, you know?”
Even as he spoke, his hand roamed over Sienna’s waist. Gripping the wine glass tightly, she prayed that finishing the drink would make him let her go
But just as she raised the glass to her lips, she froze. Enio’s hand had slid down to her thigh.
At that moment, something inside Sienna snapped. She had been struggling to endure, but this was too much.
No woman would tolerate such treatment, sick or healthy.
Before anyone could react, Sienna raised the wine glass in her hand and, without hesitation, splashed its contents directly
into Enio’s face.
Damn it! Enio cursed loudly, standing abruptly as the cold liquid ran down his face.
Fury replaced the shock in his eyes as he reached out toward her “You bitch…
Crash! The sharp sound of glass shattering cut through the room. Sienna had smashed the wine glass in her hand, leaving only the jagged stem.
Shards of glass scattered across the floor as she held onto the broken stem, her eyes red with fury. “Stay back,” she warned, her voice trembling.
“Sienna!” Derek rushed forward, alarmed, trying to stop her.
“Don’t come near me. None of you!” she roared.

Chapter 120
At that moment, Sienta was like a cornered animal. She clutched the broken glass, pointing it at anyone who dared approach hier.
Enio, meanwhile, erupted into deranged laughter, “What a show I’ve never seen anything like this. I’d love to see what you’re planning to do to me tonight!”
“Don’t… stay back. Sienna’s voice broke as her bloodied fingers ripped the broken glass tightly, the jagged edges cutting into her flesh. Blood dripped down her hand, pooling on the floor.
“What if I don’t!” Enio took two large strides forward and grabbed her wrist. “Well? What are you going to do now, little girl”
Sienna’s eyes glazed over, and her body swayed as if she were about to pass out.
“Well, isn’t this interesting.” someone smiled. The unexpected voice, laced with amusement, echoed through the tense room.
Everyone froze, turning their heads toward the source of the sound. Near the back of the room, in a row of sofas against the wall, a tall figure slowly rose to his feet. “Mr. Flynn?”
The atmosphere shifted instantly. Even Enio’s expression morphed into a grin as he hastily greeted him. “Mr. Flynn, I hope we didn’t disturb you.”
Tonight’s event was a planning session for a new film. The production was funded by East Entertainment, a subsidiary of Flynn Group. It wasn’t surprising that Josiah would make an apparance.
After all, his presence alone spoke volumes. The details were, of course, left to the producer.
Josiah found a corner seat, planning to stay just long enough to make an appearance before leaving. But in that short span of time, he stumbled upon an unexpected scene.
His long legs carried him forward, his expression unreadable as his sharp gaze remained locked on Sienna. He didn’t spare even a passing glance at Enio.
‘What should I even say to her? Just a few days apart, and she’s already gotten herself into this mess, he wondered.
Sienna stared blankly as Josiah approached, her mind a complete blur. She felt like she knew him, yet at the same time, he seemed like a stranger. Her breathing came in short, uneven gasps.
“Ah.” Josiah let out a theatrical sigh and rubbed his temple. “Feeling a little dizzy. Guess I’d better head out.”
“Of course!” Enio immediately perked up. “Mr. Flynn, take care. Shall I escort you out?”
“No need.” Josiah waved him off casually, then gestured toward Sienna. “She’ll do it.”
The room fell into instant silence as realization dawned on everyone. They wondered if Josiah had his eye on her. If that was the case, there was nothing to say.
Enio didn’t hesitate for a second, pointing at Sienna. “Didn’t you hear Mr. Flynn? Go on, and get over here!
Even Charles, who had always been protective of her, stayed silent. After what Sienna had–stirred up tonight, offending Josiah on top of everything else would spell the end of her career, not just in the entertainment industry but even in Jeiacrity’s social circles.
“What are you waiting for?” Josiah gave Sienna an impatient glance before reaching out to clasp her wrist, the one still dripping with blood.
“Let’s go.” Without waiting for her response, he dragged her out of the private room.
Behind them, Derek was sweating bullets. “Mr. Carter, do you think Sienna will be okay?”

Charles frowned, shaking his head. “Hard to say. But at least Mr. Flynn
“At least he’s better than Enio, right? Derek thought bitterly, guilt gnawing at him. He had brought Sienna into this world, and now he could only hope nothing worse would happen to her
Josiah didn’t let go of her hand until they reached the lobby, Sienna hadn’t struggled during the walk. Little by little, her emotions seemed to settle, her earlier panic fading into silence.
“You…” Josiah suddenly spun around, pointing at her with frustration.
“You got yourself expelled from a perfectly decent dance studio, and now you’ve ended up here? Do you even know what kind of place the entertainment industry is? How could you just waltz in like it’s nothing?” he asked.
He was furious, no, beyond furious. If he hadn’t happened to be there tonight, things wouldn’t have ended so cleanly. Enio had counless ways to get what he wanted, and none of them boded well for Sienna.
Sienna kept her head down, remaining silent. She was grateful for his intervention, but there was nothing to explain. What he had seen was all there was.
Josiah was about to scold her further when his eyes fell on her loodied hand. His chest tightened. “Why why can’t you just make things easier for me?”
He stepped closer, his tone softening slightly as he reached out to check her wound. Is it bad? Let me see….
But Sienna instinctively pulled her hand away, refusing to let him touch it.
Josiah froze, his expression darkening instantly. “Won’t let me look? Do you think I want to deal with this? Fine. I won’t
He turned to leave, his irritation radiating off him.
But after taking just a couple of steps, he stopped, sighed heavily, and came back. His tone, though gruff, carried a hint of concern. “Sorry, I shouldn’t have been so harsh.”
She had been through enough tonight. Anyone could see she was terrified. Pointing at her hand, his voice softened further almost coaxing. “You need to see a doctor for that, okay?”
